We are considering this resolved at this time. Systems are running nominally and our error rate has reduced to less than 1%.
Apologies for the unscheduled downtime. Frontend systems were battling with the backend database and got caught in an infinite loop of trying to correct themselves. We've made changes to mitigate this in the future.

We've bypassed our provider's outage with another endpoint they offer us. Strike data has been restored and we will continue to work around any changes on their end.

Super-Res is now back-filling. Malformed images errors may be present with those that were already being generated prior to the shutdown.

GOES-16 to GOES-19 transition is complete for all data feeds.
