GOES Data Unavailable

NOAA isn't getting GOES data out via the channels that we typically use. We have one resource that we can potentially use as a backup unless there is a larger issue (i.e. satellite outage.)
We've reached out to the responsible party and will do whatever is in our control to bring the data back.

We are considering this resolved at this time. Systems are running nominally and our error rate has reduced to less than 1%.
Apologies for the unscheduled downtime. Frontend systems were battling with the backend database and got caught in an infinite loop of trying to correct themselves. We've made changes to mitigate this in the future.
